/// Tepidarium—Baths of Pompeii,
painted as it looked back in the day.
Wet with sweat she emerged
with her toxins now purged.
Nude display? No… just mildly risque.
/// To this warm room she comes from the heat.
Wears a towel, (she’s shy and discreet).
Bath attendants stand by
to ensure she’ll get dry
with an oversized, soft, scented sheet.
/// Her wet towel obscures the girl’s form,
but she’ll drop it to dress where it’s warm.
At these baths, they controlled
water temps hot and cold.
In Pompeii plumbing skills were the norm.
/// Separate baths ensure genders don’t mix,
but the painter here plays a few tricks.
This decor and details
were from rooms used by males,
(but to SELL art paint semi-clad chicks).
