/// Women dance On a Fine (sunny) Day,
and it’s pure, childlike joy they convey.
Unique gowns that they wear
and the style of their hair
marks it as rainbow–Leia cosplay.
/// Five young women, each tall, slim and trim,
sway while holding hands, humming a hymn.
Unlike how they all swim,
now they’re covered and prim.
There’s a time and a place for bare limb.
/// Every bright colored gown symbolizes
different traits they can don like disguises.
Green means “nurture,” white’s “pure,”
but the red one, for sure,
a girl wears for a man whom she prizes.
/// It’s been nearly a century since
those world-famous Canadian quints
had been born premature.
The Dionne sisters sure
dressed alike wearing gowns made of chintz.
