Hood to boots, cape and tights were his passion.
He made bold to propose,
(that she lend him her clothes),
Alba fell to her knees and grew ashen.
/// Dashing Dicun was stunned by the sight.
He inquired was Alba all right?
She now seemed so forlorn,
but the outfit she’d worn
would look perfect for his Friday knight.
/// All at once Dicun felt like a fool.
It was clear he’d misled this fair jewel.
An apology, swift,
seemed to give her a lift.
She smiled when he said “Fezzes are cool.”
/// Alba now shows a happier face.
She and Dicun are seen everyplace.
Married love’s not to be,
but she complements he.
