Holding still isn’t what she does best.
While the artist takes breaks,
catchy music she makes,
and he claps to show that he’s impressed.
/// Men see good looking girls and don’t know
of the talents they have which don’t show.
She gets paid, and takes pride,
being “objectified,”
but with music she also earns dough.
/// The painter’s a pig who would dwell
on the fact that she’s au naturel.
When he gives the girl praise
for pianos she plays,
he says, “Can you do organs as well?”
/// Since the artist is older and grayer,
she sought ways to boost what he would pay her.
“Sit here. How I can get
you to do a duet?”
(She could tell he was also a player.)
/// She’s now youthful and healthy and thin,
with no qualms wearing nothing but skin,
but the years fly by fast
and when decades have passed,
she’ll be said to have beauty within.

She complied though his method was bold.
So despite the room’s chill
she kept losing clothes ‘til
both agreed that she knew the piece cold.
