She replied that her pay was per diem.

They got into a fight
about spending the night,
and they settled it mano a mano.

where they guzzled Campari with zest.
Soon she found herself plastered,
and the cheap horny bastard
wouldn’t pay though he’d fondled her breast.

sizing up each lone woman he’d meet.
He preferred foggy nights
for his bloody “delights,”
but this victim was temptingly sweet.
